The Octapharma Wilate BridgeTrial Voucher is for a maximum of one trial shipment per patient’s lifetime: This trial voucher may be redeemed for a trial supply of Wilate 500 IU vials or 1000 IU vials, up to the lesser of 5000IUs or 30 days supply, as prescribed. |
